Pros
A few competent colleagues, Commercial, Sales, Engineer directors very able. New business processes being implemented which should improve performance.
Cons
"Putin" style bullish CEO straight from 1982. Vast financial debt which leads to non delivery of projects, employees concerned with even getting paid each month. Needs an injection of more component humans as previous cull got rid of too many. Very difficult to get much done as the business has a silo mentality with general poor comms.
