Pros

Nice handicap stall in bathroom. Disabled friendly. The break room has 3 spacious refrigerators. Upper management has the potential to be useful if entirely redesigned. Really breathable because so much empty space and unused cubicles.

Cons

The workload would be tolerable if cut in half, and then cut in half again.... and then probably again. Maybe. There's room for advancement if you have no interest in advancing. 1960 Wall-street wants their computers back. And phones.

Our team does our best to provide a great work environment and valuable experience for employees to help further their personal and career development. The workload for our Social Media Managers is to hold 50 accounts, which has always proven to be achievable through our years of experience as a company. Some of our most tenured SMMs have proven to hold 80+ accounts, which of course comes with experience and organizational skills. We do take employee feedback seriously. Unfortunately, your advice to management does not offer anything viable that we can address and improve on. We do hope that in your next position, you take the time to speak with your Supervisor or Manager about your frustrations as we would have been more than happy to help address them and give you more tools or training so that you could be successful. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Micromanaging was one of the worst parts about working here. You would get teams messages from your “supervisor” in the middle of a call, criticizing something g you said, which will throw your whole call off. They expect you to manage 50+ accounts and create a meaningful relationship with all of your clients, who in return don’t even want the product they were sold. I have so much anxiety related to working now because of this job and company. I used to answer phones all day for a past job but now I shake if I have to make a call, just expecting the person on the other end to scream at me and get reprimanded because of that. If you are looking for a job in this field, stay FAR away from this place.

Thanks for reaching out to us about your experience with OPTIMIZE. We certainly remember receiving this exact feedback many years ago, and utilized that to help adjust our processes moving forward. As many of the terms you are utilizing are referencing terminology used 3 or more years ago that we no longer utilize, we can only assume this is a repost and makes it difficult to address in current time as so much has changed, especially being that we have not added any new members to the Account Consultant team in 2024. However, we'd like to thank you for providing this feedback originally as it did help to identify areas of improvement that lead to many of those changes.
