Fantastic Culture and Execution strategy is unique to the industry. First Class company.

The company execution strategy for projects is different than much of the other EPC's so it can be difficult to find great fits for the team

Most of the people I worked with were lovely

Cons

Not concerned with the quality of engineering or accuracy of drawings. A couple of lead designers were abusive and management wouldn’t step in. Poor utilization of resources with no plan to improve.
