Pros
Good place to start out and learn a lot as far as customer service - if you pay attention and actually care. Chat vs Phone support is much better. Potential for commission if you really try; though most customers are coming (in chat) trying to be discrete behind a monitor to either downgrade, disconnect, or complain about their bill, or tell you to call them (none too which you do/really help with*because you want that commission*). Good benefits. Free cable and internet. That's about it.
Cons
Poor management. Poor communication. Slow Response Time. No real ability to help the customer unless you provide a dumb downed explanation, direct them to another department, or are able to upgrade them. No longer have the advancement (level 2-4). Commission is good, but since it is hard, it's competitive (the commission plan is awful). HIGH turnover. Too many changes at one time for the customers and the company.
