Cons
Public shaming, verbal abuse, and bullying tactics. Such behavior creates a toxic work environment.
Micromanagement. (it's supper annoying)
Unfair labor practices, including the failure to pay greater rates for overtime work, and other issues.
Harassment and discrimination based on educational background, ethnicity, nationality, and gender.
Lack of access to clean working facilities, particularly in regard to restroom facilities. Access to clean toilets is a basic human right!
Projects are boring.
Definitely not a good place for those in the early stage of their career. Those need a knowledgeable mentor who behaves appropriately.
