      Pros

      I really enjoyed working directly with OES and indirectly with SAUDI ARAMCO. I have learnt a lot and still searching for more.

      Cons

      I wish that they set proper rotation and good pay to employers. Give medical, travel, internet connection and accommodation Allowances.

      Pros

      I like the way they motivate young engineers to work in a challenging environment. Having nice supervision and back support from the seniors.

      Cons

      bad management, which creates much more tension after going from rig site to ofice.
