      Mid-size company that treats their employees well not like numbers great work-life balance Good place for a generalist who wants to be exposed to different things and various responsabilities Company that uses the expertise of their underwriters, not a machine Eight offces throught out Canada

      Investeing in technology but not at the forefront vs other insurers Management opportunities in smaller offices could be limited and require to relocate

      Pros

      The Vancouver branch definitely values staff interaction and does a lot of employee events, and the benefits are pretty good. The office is also centrally located.

      Cons

      The pay is awful, and they refuse to consider remote options for employees, even for processing roles that don't require any in-office interaction.
