      1.Mutual understanding,bonding between employees and management is very good 2.Awesome working atmosphere. 3.No politics or other cheap corporate shows. 4.Career growth is ensured. 5.Good package.

      I didnt felt any cons yet as am working here for almost 2 years. I enjoy working with optiologic technologies like a family.

      I really cannot think of any good point. A horrible place.

      Cons

      Idiot people, not knowledgeable at all. Just look at their backgrounds, CVs, and previous universities. It speaks for itself. My advice: stay away from this company. Also, very poor work-life balance.

      One of my worst decisions I have taken in my life. They are expecting 5 year experienced work from a fresher with wonderful 16000 salary per month. If you see this company name in your job search please run...run...run..
