Pros
Fair pay, average benefits, front line employees who are passionate about providing patient care
Cons
Poor culture, lack of career growth/potential (unless you have a connection with the new leadership), executive leadership team just waiting for their golden parachutes and not building a company which is sustainable in the long-term. The patient centered focus has been replaced by a bottom-line mentality as executive leadership is only focused on getting their payout from private equity so decisions are made using that lens. When the Option Care name was brought back a point was made to clarify it was a "new" Option Care and not the old company. Unfortunately, they did not adopt many of the positive qualities that made the "old" Option Care successful.
