      Higher pay than retail and hospital settings

      Cons

      Lack of effort in the pharmacy to help one another. Alpha split is not divided evenly so when one half drawns, the other twiddles their thumb. One tech per Pharmacist so you are stuck with whoever is assigned to your team whether you like it or not.

      low pay rate, no promotions.

      Pros

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
