      Most of the people are nice. They take there time with training to learn the new systems. Billing infustion therapy very easy

      Cons

      They have weekly discussions on errors, lots of meeting . Health Insurance is not great.

      Pros

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
