      Busy busy!! Not being able to learn every step before it changes!! Other employers taking long weeks off while work piles up

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
