Pros
Great benefits, great PTO, most front line coworkers are great people. There are lots of trainings and supervision is provided.
Cons
Everything else. Upper management plays favorites and lies about good workers and forces a stall in career and learning opportunities. The caseloads are too high, people in positions who really know their jobs are not listened to about the feasibility of running all the different programs on skeleton crews. The discrimination is unreal, and many microaggressions occur from people higher up who should definitely know and do better. The lack of diversity in management is obvious, but they won't listen. It might be a decent place to work once the "good ole boy" mentalities have all retired and have no more input into policies, trainings, and hiring practices.
