Pros
- Incredible opportunity to be a key player in transforming a $600M VAR into a multi-billion dollar global security technology provider...hard to beat that opportunity - Plenty of room for go-getters and those who can take direction and accomplish great things without being micro-managed - Travel team is ridiculously amazing...if you travel for work you wish you had this team of wizards backing you up - The leadership team is fantastic people, and our CEO is someone who many former employees rave about long after they've moved on - Work-life balance is better than most places, and l can think of several times where I needed to duck out for a personal reason and the only reason someone would ask what's up is to check to see if they can do anything or if everything was OK. - Culture, in spite of what some reviews say, is alive and well. We're all like family from the CEO down to individual employees. We live it every day and those who embrace it find it's a wonderful place to build a career.
Cons
Not without challenges, as the company grows up and transforms. On the road from a small "do whatever you want" type of culture to one of accountability and structure there are bound to be challenges. Anyone who says so otherwise is delusional. Management has some work to do on communicating better and more effectively, and middle-managers must work to build trust and a culture of accountability - and those things are hard to do both personally and professionally.
