Young environment. Some workers have a lot of experience, and some coworkers are good professionals within the TV field. You can learn from them.
Cons
This company does not care about the interests or the state of its workers. Very low salary. They promise you conditions that are not met later. There's no communication. The 30% of people leave the company every year. That's why the major part of the company is formed by interns. Projects are very monotonous.
