Poor company leadership - Anonymous employee Optoplast Employee Review

Very poor management and structure. Members of staff, especially women are treated as expendable even though their work load is that of many people, due to the lack the recruitment. Women who become too important in the buisness are quietly got rid of. Women are also expected to get sandwiches and tidy the meeting room. I think they have forgotten what century we are in.
