Pros
Friendly Co-workers Good location Nice office Interesting hardware
Cons
Company has fallen into the trap of being a small company that grew too quickly. Too many long time staff that don't know how to properly manage a technical division. Support software is barebones or cheapest option available which causes multiple issues for usage and customer support. Training and KB documents are scattered in many locations and not friendly to new employees. Be prepared to build all your own guides. Promotions and pay increases are minor and do not keep up with inflation. Upward mobility is fairly limited. Management has old fashioned style similar to a retail environment and treats employees as school children. Micro management and dirty looks if they see you talking to co-workers for too long. Lack of clear goals or progress, very little employee feedback or progress reports. Benefits are mediocre and company has fought hard to push employees back into office despite many wanting to work at home and is currently at a hybrid schedule. Would not be surprised if it becomes 100% in office some day. Company can be used for some tech experience but wouldn't be great for a long term role. It needs to look around and update with the times.
