Pros

None don’t even live in their properties because if so after 15 days of being removed you must be out too!

Cons

Everything! Stay away. These people get a thrill with firing people. Their properties are a crap! They don’t value hard working people. Pay sucks! They are their own competitors, they have unrealistic expectations, typical slumlords, conniving with their ads to get people to move in. They take no accountability for anything. Keep track of your commissions, people will take credit for your work. Upper management should speak to people to hear their side of the story rather than listen to an assistant that felt threatened! By the way, I would’ve never wanted that position anyway!

Pros

Will give you all the tools you need to succeed immediately (before they take them away).

Cons

Fired for not being able to turn a dumpy property around in 90 days. Stated I did nothing to improve the property, yet their delinquencies were down when I was the property manager, the pool they had shut when I began I got opened under my employment... When you point out all the things that make their apartments un-lease-able, they get personally offended and your neck is on the line. Micro-managers. I couldn't send out a non-renewal to a resident who should not have been renewed and I was told me to keep them regardless. They only care about the occupancy level and money coming in, not the safety and value of the existing residents. The place has roaches and rats, but nothing gets done about it. All the things needed to get done for me to perform best as a property manager would not get done because another employee who is above me who they praise to the high heavens doesn't get anything done. But he gets to keep his job for doing jack all. Ask any employee that works underneath him - the consensus is that he doesn't do anything to help his teams and pushes off. Roof leaks since I started 90 days ago, none got fixed. Then when someone leaves the apartments due to it, they will STILL charge them fees for early termination. They fire people so often it seems they get enjoyment out of it, or if they don't even get to firing someone, their new employees quit after days of being there because this company is such a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay far away - its not worth your mental health or time.
