I joined Opus in June 2024 and have found everyone here really welcoming and helpful. The culture is very inclusive and collaborative and provides lots of flexibility with remote working. There is a clear focus on continual transformation and improvement and the leadership team are approachable, supportive and very transparent, with regular communication on company performance, vision and goals etc. After a decade working in the recruitment industry, I’ve found it really refreshing.
