- PM part-time availability chosen but my hours are not filled

- work with amazing children - the rewards are slow but they hit hard - as a BT, I'm learning and growing in my role the more I am with the job

- not enough hours!! - more leadership support, it's there but i personally would like more - no coworkers - need workshops - sometimes I don't feel confident in my role
