Great products that are very useful for the visually impaired

The product is amazing, the industry is full of people that just love to help, the people that work at orcam are so great and amazing as individuals

The company is messy when it comes to structure, no training or onboarding, you have to teach yourself and figure things out on your own - which leads to no growth. Leadership makes lots of abrupt changes - big things change with no warning. Like launching a new product and not even telling the sales team. HQ being in another country adds to challenges - communication is poor between all departments, which again just leads to things being messy.
