      Pros

      Multinational company that gives the employees a work from home position to develop in certain territory given by them. It is a software of Human Resources that is improving constantly. Hard to sell due to the long process of demostrations of the system and the opensource version but certainly a challenge for all reps.

      Lowing costs left great experienced agents aside and new hires do not have the expertised required on the market
