Pros

People would call to verify employment and staff would hide behind phones. It appeared they would not answer the phones. Would not return phone calls. Would send calls to voicemail. Many would be highly frustrated and others would deem not to work with the company anymore. This was highly suspicious. Makes you wonder.

Small group to work with.

The company values the employee as long as he is a cash cow

Cons

Too many fake promises at the time of hire. Being a fulltime at OP doesn't add any value. They will terminate you at the end of the contract (what otherwise was mentioned during hiring) Benefits are too basic.
