Pros
Company gives you a lot of freedom to define your role within the company and innovate. I was able to set my goals and achieve them. A bit light on the technical side when it comes to full time employees. Good people overall.
Cons
Would like to have a bigger team of IT resources. Too much of the staff is administrative in nature.
