      - You will learn great people skills particularly in dealing with rude customers and superiors. - The one meal a shift you get tastes good, sometimes - The male boss is a lovely person and a good leader who sets a great example

      - There was/is a terrible branch manager who is xenophobic and will pass racist remarks on non-Chinese and non-Singaporeans.

      Pros

      Employees work hard. Employees cover a lot of territory.

      Cons

      Disorganization. Insufficient access to information to perform at highest level or cover for vacant positions. Poor communication. Favoritism. Keep staff not performing + term staff who speak up. Pay not commensurate with workload/level of responsibility.
