      The teams work well together.

      Cons

      The CEO is one of the most vindictive petty individuals you will ever meet. He micro manages everything and will throw you under the bus when he screws up in a heart beat and none of managers can help, they live in fear too. Anytime someone does tell the truth he immediately calls them a liar and tries to deface their character.
