Great people with a great mission drive. Leadership works incredibly hard and recognizes employees for their hard work. The entire company cares about doing good work and cares for its people. It's also really exciting work.

It's a startup, so the workload can easily grow. Seems to be hectic at times.

Director level and lower employees are great people, they are working hard to turn refueling in space into a reality.

Inexperienced leadership team who lack accountability. Consistent struggle to retain employees. Employees feel like the weight of the company's future is entirely on them.
