      Pros

      Orbit is a great place to work. Good benefits and Employer Pension contributions. Health & Safety is really important to Orbit. Employees have opportunities for development and career progression.

      Cons

      No downsides to working for Orbit.

      Pros

      Great autonomy, work life balance and staff that genuinely care about the customers. Orbit are a good employer.

      Cons

      I haven't been at orbit long, but progression pathways are not too clear yet.
