We’re really sorry to hear you feel this way. This isn’t the experience we want for our colleagues and isn’t reflective of the culture we strive to create here at Orbit. We’re committed to fostering an environment where all colleagues feel respected, heard, and valued and we’re continually working to support that goal. We also want to be clear that bullying or intimidation is not acceptable and doesn’t align with our values, and we encourage anyone with any concerns to report them, so they can be addressed properly.
