      Pros

      It was a great company. Every department used to help out each other to get thise machines shipped. Then we got purchased by an Israeli company .....

      Cons

      Too much power struggle with middle management. Watch out for the micromanager SW Director. Has no concern about you, only about what will make him look good. Forget about owning your process and making improvements, he will repeat your idea back to you and make it his idea.
