Nice people: I genuinely enjoy working with my colleagues. From the C-suite to the colleagues, everyone is collaborative and kind.
Work-life balance: Unless there’s a major product launch or event. There is very little "presenteeism" culture.
Transparent leadership: The management shares real numbers, both good and bad.
Cons
Far away office at Science Park: The office is located in Science Park, the journey from Kowloon takes over an hour each way, and the shuttle buses get crowded during peak hours.
