Pros

There are some really great people at OMG. Cool office. Flexibility.

Cons

Very low pay. Always promises of raises but they rarely come through. Very hard to move your way up in this organization - no clear growth path. Very minimal benefits. Extreme diversity issues that have been brought up time and time again yet fall on deaf ears. Working long hours with lots of expectations and not being compensated accordingly.

Pros

- OMG culture before the acquisition. - In-office snacks & drinks, company paid meals 3x/week, onsite & offsite events before the acquisition. - The employees you worked with on a daily basis. - The clients we worked with.

Cons

- Inktavo CEO - No leadership, no mentorship, no true honesty. - OMG was acquired by Inktavo in October 2025. - Higher ups immediately left the company after it was acquired including the OMG CEO. - Watching good employees quit immediately after the acquisition. - Lack of transparency, lack of clarity, lack of accountability for C-suite. - Silent elimination of every single perk OMG had except in-office snacks (probably won't last much longer either.) - The constant rise & pressure on quotas set for the sales team despite slow seasons. - No leadership development programs or professional growth. - Being told nothing will change with your role, the CEO saying “just give us a month”, then for him to turn around & lay you off. He himself couldn’t even be a leader & properly lay us off. He pushed it off onto HR to do it. - Being laid off with no warning, nothing. - The OMG managers & HR becoming the scapegoat for Inktavo decisions. - The hush pennies & laptop offered to act like this drastic life event never happened.
