The whole process was smooth, transparent, and really well organised. Amber was amazing throughout — super bubbly, easy to talk to, and genuinely supportive. She kept me updated at every stage and made sure I felt prepared and confident before interviews. Honestly, the only “downside” is that Amber is so easy to talk to that interviews felt more like great chats than formal processes — which definitely made it harder to pretend I wasn’t nervous!
