Pros

lovely admin team, nice warehouse staff. Close to home- walking distance to the office and train station

Cons

Lack of management from Directors. Directors do not understand the atmosphere they create, almost fear at times! Working hours are long and pay is low. e.g early starts before 8am and no lunch. Fear of leaving desk. Lot's of team changes - Head of buying leaving, buying team turn over. No direction and understanding of money or company budget. No pay rise for staff who are actually working and putting in hours Blame atmosphere and culture No loyalty to staff from directors, directors husband use to work and left and then returned!

Pros

- Everyone gets along, no matter what level. Ideas and thoughts are shared across the teams - Because the business is small projects and launches can be activated quickly. The founder has a lot of involvement in the business so getting sign off is easy - Lots of nice team events and regular social activities funded by the company - Hybrid and flexible working is encouraged - Free jewellery - Great location

Cons

- Small teams can often mean working across lots of different areas, can feel a little stretched sometimes
