      Pros

      It's a really fantastic environment. People are respectful and friendly, they really care about their jobs, and they're good at what they do. They're always willing to help and their first priority is to make the library a great place for everyone, including patrons and employees.

      Cons

      If you get hired as a flex employee, this means that you won't have regular hours. I didn't know that when I was hired, and it was a definite downside.
