Pros

Really by chance that I came across the opportunity to work for Organic. Had touched base early in the new year pre-covid, but then covid arrived and we lost contact. Wasn’t until half a year later when work picked up again and I was asked whether I had capacity to help, and I said yes. From that one initial piece of work has lead to a few other neat projects that I've enjoyed working on. Really great bunch of people to work with and despite the remote working, you know you’d enjoy their company in an office environment too. Also given a lot of trust from the get go to approach projects in the way that I feel was appropriate which for a new starter freelancer is not commonly seen.

Cons

I can’t think of any from my relatively short time here but will update this later if I feel anything is needed to be said.

Pros

I've been at Organic for a few years and have seen huge change. The Organic of now is very far removed from the Organic of two years ago. The new CEO is polls apart from his predecessor and it shows all the way down through the agency. - Agency as a whole is managed properly, as an agency should be - Respectful, professional and supportive senior and middle management - Smart, passionate staff who love their craft - Focus on people, great benefits, support and encouragement - Flexible working, forward thinking approach (especially during and looking to after covid!) - Career progression based on meritocracy, support for junior staff and senior staff

Cons

It is still small, although growing, and that means it can get busy and you get pushed out of your comfort zone at times. Not necessarily a bad thing!
