Pros
I've been at Organic for a few years and have seen huge change. The Organic of now is very far removed from the Organic of two years ago. The new CEO is polls apart from his predecessor and it shows all the way down through the agency.

- Respectful, professional and supportive senior and middle management
- Smart, passionate staff who love their craft
- Focus on people, great benefits, support and encouragement
- Flexible working, forward thinking approach (especially during and looking to after covid!)
- Career progression based on meritocracy, support for junior staff and senior staff
Cons
It is still small, although growing, and that means it can get busy and you get pushed out of your comfort zone at times. Not necessarily a bad thing!
