      Pros

      None, no benefits. Owner makes it really hard to ask for time off even though it’s your right. Zero management. Unprofessional.

      Cons

      Low pay, owner incompetent, you give recommendations to promote product and they turn you down. Annual raises of .50 cents to nothing. Zero opportunity to grow. Toxic work environment, warehouse and office staff always fight. Owner does nothing to fix things. Owner does not like to pay you. If it wasn’t a law to pay your employees, best believe they would not. Never work here. Everyone leaves within 2 weeks.

      Pros

      Opened my eyes to why marketing is so important. These people had no idea about running a business or marketing. The perfect example of why a business should implement marketing practices to establish their brand.

      Cons

      Probably the worst place to develop a beneficial experience, but for those without much opportunity, this is better than nothing.
