      Pros

      I've never worked at a company that more strongly stands by its corporate values. I feel secure working here because we think long term. If you want to work hard alongside great people in a professional environment, it is a great place. Very little room for slacking off from your coworkers or management.

      Cons

      It is a smaller company, and the pay reflects that.

      Pros

      Started at OL roughly a year ago. I have zero regrets! Everyone I work with is really smart, on top of their game and fun to work with. There is a good work life balance. Love the flexibility of in office and working from home.

      Cons

      - Wish everyone started with three weeks vacation. - Much respect for the CEO. Smart, and can be really caring, but sometimes can be too in the weeds.
