      Pros

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, a good place to learn to be a versatile engineer. Very good leader which provide clear direction and instruction, he is very helpful as well.

      A little high on travel side, might need to sacrifice family time

      The only pro is being able to jump to another company once you make connections onsite.

      Cons

      - Toxic Design Management Team - No communication & transparency - No career growth - The company isn’t structured - No culture at all - They always tell you everything in person so there’s no document trail. - Benefits are okay - Management speaks Japanese or mandarin behind your back
