It's a startup, hence the business demands are exceedingly overwhelming at times making it difficult for the average 9-5 employee to survive as you're always flooded with work. Lack of resources at times does make it a little hectic which definitely requires a lot of self-motivation to be able to work long hours and not feel bad about it.

I started my journey at Orian as an intern and today in a span of 3 years, I’m a Team Lead in a leadership role. That itself goes on to tell a lot about the organisation.
