      Pros

      Orica has got very nice exposure to the young graduates. that is the usp of this company. It pays well, not that competitive but al right. Office culture is good.

      Cons

      Pathetic work life balance but that is a given when you are working for the mining sector. Not sufficient training provided.

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
