Pros
The people are great on an individual level. The pay is good. They're working on training. Work-life balance is good.
Cons
There is no direction in terms of company strategy and working toward a common goal. The focus is continually changing. Two years of constant reorganization while ignoring basic principles of organizational behavior leads employees to feel there's always an ax above their head and focus on the uncertainty rather than achieving objectives.
