Pros
Its really life changing job if you take it because it will remind you your mistakes you done in college that you shouldn't have. People with not so great mark can apply here and can get easily selected.
Cons
1. If you got stuck in to calling process then you are there for life there is not chance to get out of it. 2. Its 8 hour work day include 1 hour break but those 7 hours are not good 7 hours of your day. 3. Events are a joke on your face. 4. Your salary may or may not deposit to your account on time but if you dare to ask TL or FM its pretty good chance that you could get scold in front of entire floor so no one ask him again. 5. You will forget the definition of "week off" because you wont get any. On festival you will get comp off which you cant spend. If you want 3 to 5 days off either you have to get married or got into accident and even then you wont get 5 you have to settle on 4.
