the people are good and the customers aren't too bad and the pay is higher compared to other customer service jobs

everyone has way too much work and now they started micromanaging our time off phones like it's our fault they don't have enough people and they took our commission away so they want us to do more work and get less money

Company provided vehicle and phone. Support from management and encouragement to grow. Commission is solid, employee stock program, and commission from misc. sales.
Cons
Work life balance is tough depending on your route and how far from home the area you cover is. If you have long drives, it can take a toll on your back.
