      Good benefits. Good starting pay, paid vacation days, easy enough work, company vehicles, hours can be flexible.

      Cons

      No pay raises after becoming a route manager, production based pay, long hours in summer.

      Company provided vehicle and phone. Support from management and encouragement to grow. Commission is solid, employee stock program, and commission from misc. sales.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tough depending on your route and how far from home the area you cover is. If you have long drives, it can take a toll on your back.
