      Amazing training that can be used throughout your career. Highly recommend getting your Pest Control Applicator license for your state since Orkin will usually pay for this.

      High turnover rate, even at the management level. The company is aging and so are the senior management.

      Pros

      Company provided vehicle and phone. Support from management and encouragement to grow. Commission is solid, employee stock program, and commission from misc. sales.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tough depending on your route and how far from home the area you cover is. If you have long drives, it can take a toll on your back.
