      Pay was good during swarm season

      Supervisors show favoritism and change all the time. You will get fired at the drop of a hat and don't get any warnings. Would NOT recommend

      Pros

      Company provided vehicle and phone. Support from management and encouragement to grow. Commission is solid, employee stock program, and commission from misc. sales.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tough depending on your route and how far from home the area you cover is. If you have long drives, it can take a toll on your back.
