      Strong team, positive culture, opportunity to offer customers all different types of orthodontic treatment - there are no limits! Maintaining family values in a corporate environment which is fed back from our customers.

      Cons

      You need to plan effectively to implement a good work life balance - this will be down to the individual. If you are looking for a 9-5, it might not be the role for you.

      Pros

      I got to work on a very interesting project with amazing people. The experience I gained was invaluable.

      Cons

      Management was a bit "all over the place" and I was eventually let go immediately after requesting higher pay due to feeling that I was doing more than the work of a full-time engineer.
