      relaxed atmosphere where employees have the freedom to express themselves. There's no dress code so people can work in whatever clothing makes them comfortable

      Pros

      Small company with great company values, work environment and culture. Company expanding in US and extensive customer base in Canada.

      Cons

      Several key employees are remote to the main office and required travel to company HQ can be expensive but reimbursed.
