Pros
There were a few genuine, smart employees who excelled at providing excellent patient care. The reps were very nice, often brought "free lunch." Learning opportunity on what NOT to do as a leader.
Cons
- MDs are arrogant and condescending often referring to their staff as a cesspool. - You are required to go beyond your job description. I don't mean helping the front desk if you're an MA. I mean MDs continuously crossing personal boundaries and HR turning a blind eye to it. - They hire incompetent staff who are often family members or a kid of someone they know that pretend to work only when upper management is visiting. - Promotion of said incompetent staff based on longevity of employment and NOT work merit or ethic. - Chaotic, toxic work environment. - They keep "high-performing" employees who are generally horrible people both personally and professionally. - This specific branch has a high turnover rate with maybe about 20 people coming and going in the past year ALONE.
